James A. Coan, 50, of Arlington Heights passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Beloved Husband of Debbie for 24 years. Loving father of Megan, Timothy, and Kaitlin Coan. Devoted son of the late Edward and the late Karen Coan. Cherished brother of Patti (Keith) McDonough and Brian (Karen) Coan. Fond son-in-law of the late Peter and Georgia Geannopoulos, and brother-in-law of Kathy (Nick) Papastratakos and Maria (Bob) Anderson. Caring Uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Jim was a past employee and partner at Accenture for 27 years. He was an avid Chicago sports fan. Jim cherished his time with his family and his dog “Urlacher”. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation Friday, 4-8 PM at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd., Mt. Prospect. Visitation continues Saturday 9:00 AM until Mass 10:00 AM at St. Edna Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
